Cant chat?

When I try to chat, I am able to type 2 messages, after that, nothing shows up. I am not in a channel I mean the local chat where it just says "say" in white. After that I have to relog, then I can send 2 more messages. Why is this? Thanks

Anyone? I logged in today to use one of my 2 allowed messages, in general chat, and I got a whisper from 2 other people saying they are experiencing the same problem, so this seems to be a common issue. Help?

please level your character some more. This problem should go away once you're a higher level. It's a measure to combat the spammers.

I understand that part as far as spamming a channel but it wont even let me talk to someone locally like 5 feet from me outside of channels. Ill keep leveling and see what happens. Thanks.
