[BUG] Moonglow Vest - Leatherworking Quest

[Nixxiom]

As a humble Leatherworker I've been saving up mats and other goodies in order to create the items for the quest "Moonglow Vest." Upon completing the creation of all the items however, I was unable to turn in the quest. A screenshot is attached to show that I have the items, but the quest giver's exclamation is still gray.

I am having this exact same problem.

So I discovered the problem with this quest. The quest reads the gear you are wearing as being in your possession for completing the quest, so I was wearing a pair of embossed boots and had 5 pairs of embossed boots in my inventory, but the quest recognized the pair I was wearing in the quest update, so I had to unequip my boots, turn in the quest, then reequip the new 5th pair I'd made for the quest while the quest ate the soulbound pair I had been wearing.
