New Player 1hr In Perm Ban??

I heard good reviews about this server and I wanted to give it a shot and I was having fun, about 1 hour in i got to level 5 and headed to stormwind to check out prices in the AH, then I head to make Stormwind my hearth and all the sudden I get disconnected and says im perm banned. How is that even possible, what rule did I break??
