The issue has been resolved. In the future, please report issues such as these with the in-game ticketing system. You can access it by clicking on the red question mark located to the right in the interface bar. Keep in mind that if a GM is unable to reach you in-game or if the issue does not require further information, the GM will respond with an in-game mail.
