Stuck in Scholo

My in game name is Scubasteve and I'm on the alliance side of the PvE server. I got stuck in limbo in Scholo. When they try to rez me it drags me across the ground and then kills me again, then the game crashes. When I re-log my party and party chat just says unknown. I want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. I don't want to be banned for it, and just wanted to make it known. I don't know how to fix it. Thank you for your time.

Can't you just run back in instead of being ressed? Yes, takes a few minutes extra, but way faster than waiting for a GM responding to a ticket (no offense, GM's )

Or maybe running back is bugged too?
