you've already proved yourself not only to be a liar, but a scumbag, sounds like you are making stories up to be honest, because you never have solid evidence of anything, and i do. Nost's inaction is only empowering those who commit harrassment, racism, scamming, and verbal abuse.

If Nostalrius doesn't handle this as it should be handled. Then I will be seriously disappointed with the staff. This is a great server. It needs to weed out the bad players. Scamming wasn't allowed on retail. It shouldn't be allowed here. I'm only expressing my opinion on the matter. It will be up to Nostalrius's staff to decide if it's right or wrong. But in my views, they should receive at the very least a suspension from the server and the gold scammed taken away.

I was aiming my earlier statement at you and Nuke. You have provided no evidence to discredit the OP. If anything, you have solidified your guilt in my eyes.

Players should stop scamming other players. Ruins the game for everyone.

Hope this is dealt with and the truth is relayed to everyone.

(Btw. Nostalrius has the ability to check the logs of PMs and anything said to another player if they have the logs being saved anyway. Let's hope they do)

I'd like to give a shout out to Jimmbo for slandering the entire guild because he happened to get into a heated argument with a player from <Convulsion>. As for Iheartbenben or whatever your name is, I also appreciate you shit talking in our guild recruitment thread, stay classy.

This whole thing has gotten really out of hand to the point where it is hilarious. My stance on this issue from the very start was to let the GM's handle it. This is the same type of issue as people accusing Whitekidney of using exploits and hacks, if he was then the GM's would have banned him. It's the same here, if Cheemo was dual-boxing he would be banned. If they thought he was scamming, he would be banned. As for the harassment there is an ignore button you are free to use. World chat is a cesspool anyways, why you would want to be a part of it is beyond me.

At the end of the day both of you need to grow up. You can keep complaining about it or move the fuck on like a normal person and learn to not COD items anymore. A couple of my members have been scammed already by some mailbox scheme and you know what they did? Laughed about it because they didn't take the time to read the mail. The GM's made their decision and that should be the end of it.

As far was what you said "let the gms handle it"" They havnt handle anything yet because they are still deciding on what to do to him, so believe me they will be handling it. He has been on my ignore list sience day 1, I dont know if you heard me or what I said but hes using other chars to go around my ignore list.

This has nothing to do with the item at this point this has to do with nost letting you guys get away with violations, I am doing this so hopefully nost will make a policy about these sort of things based on what your guild members are doing to other people in our community. I know whats hard for you to get a grasp on, but thats how the community feels too. Most importantly I am doing this for the COMMUNITY because you guys do need to be put on blast for what you allow to go on in your guild, in the long run im trying to prevent you guys from being allowed to do this to innocent players.

I played retail vanilla wow and ppl got banned for doing this stuff and the players got their stuff/gold back.

for the record, this exact same thing happened to me on retail back in the day and the GM gave me my item back and gave the person in question a ban. mail scams pretending to be the AH or any other kind of fraud were also against the TOS and were bannable offenses.
