After cultivating Morrowgrain more than 120 times on my lvl 2 herbalist alt, all of a sudden (exactly 2015.12.16 13:00 server time) using the Evergreen Pouch has a lvl 47 requirement.
So now even the slightest chance to get exalted reputation with darnassus has been gone, since the droprate of morrowgrain for a non-herbalist character is lower than 10%.
So please at least give back the possibility to consume morrowgrain on low level characters or fix the ridiculous droprate on non-herbailst characters.
Making possible to farm darnassus rep is not affecting the realm economy or do any other harm on the game, does not ruin the "blizzlike" feeling, so these restrictions just make no sence.
