The last 2 days i've been getting 4k+ MS can't even play the game. Can i get help fixing that.

please make sure that you don't have any 3rd party software that could interfere with your connection like a torrent client or your brother streaming movies. You can also run a traceroute check to our servers - guidance on how to do this is in the sticky threads - and see if you can track down the problem.
