Characters are gone

My GF:s characters are gone from her own account but her chracter names are being used, so i guess they are still there but we cant see them.

reason why i am posting it on my acc is because we couldnt log in on her account here.

could you pls help us to retrieve her characters?

GM's does not recover lost characters or accounts, however ...
Have you checked and double-checked you are on the correct realm, and not just trying to enter the PvE or PRT realm?

Yes we have checked all the realms there are, and there are no characters left..

it's shit when you are playing and the next day your characters are gone and you do nothing?.. shape up fgs..
dont get me wrong, I do like this server but more service would be nice..

Maybe your account got hacked, they took the stuff and deleted the characters?

How are we to help you when you don't even provide us with a character name? The best way to get help from us isn't to call us "fgs," just so you are aware.
