New quest bugged

Just turned in the quest "Encoded Fragments" to NPC Archmage Xylem. The quest was released today along with ZG. However, he's not giving me the follow-up "The Azure Key" (Quest ID: 8236). Can you help me with this?

Any admins here wanna take a look at this? I can't even report this on Nostalrius' bug section because it won't send me an account confirmation email. The item is indeed in the database at the moment, and it wasn't before ZG hit.

the lvl 50 class quests that end up in Sunken Temple are not yet in game. They will be added later.
