Account banned

Hello, I am curious as to why my account was banned (it says temporarily and if it is temporarily, it doesnt say for how long) and if it is possible to remedy this. I am not entirely sure why i was banned. Perhaps it was my language, i can get carried away sometimes. it is an issue i need to work on. But other than that i would like to know what i did wrong so i can fix it.

oh, really lol? when did i do this? not upset just curious as i can't recall any time i intentionally impersonated being a GM, i might have sarcastically i'm sure but never seriously.
