Tyrion in SW Keep(6632) on PvE is bugged and not allowing people to turn in quests to him, He needs to be reset.
I'd post this in your bug tracker, but I've been waiting for 5 hours for my account at Tuleap to be approved and am getting irate. I've seen numerous level 20-30's running up to this guy to hand in the quest in that time, it needs to be fixed.
Go ahead and lock this post, ban me, w/e you feel is necessary punishment for me posting here, just at least fix the quest giver. Shouldn't have to jump through hoops for something as small as this tbh.
