Cannot talk in General chat

I cannot talk in general chat at all. It says "You cannot use this channel yet." whenever I try to submit a message. If it helps my character name is "Polisid". Thanks!

What level are you? There are level based Chat restriction (to use world channel and whisper), in order to prevent spams.

I am currently level 8. I could use the general chat earlier.

I am getting the same error on my level 8. I'm wondering if the level restriction was raised in the most recent patch. We'll have to wait for official confirmation.

New patches go out almost every Thursday, including yesterday. 1. General chat functionality has been raised to level 10.

My character is lv 22 and I still can't use the chat.

I've the same issue, i testet ist with several Chars, in case Chars with letters in the Name like Ð or Æ or other special letters doesnt function, it is not able to speak in Say, only whisper.

Edit:
Tried it with normal spelled Charnames, after several Minutes its alss doesnt function correctly, /say /yell /Worldchat /generallchat doenst function. /whisper does everytime
