Account banned

Hi my account was banned, Character name Velirae, i kept getting a unable to connect while trying to log in and got my ip banned. i didn't know that would get me a temp ip ban until i asked my friend to log in and his ip got banned also. I've been waiting for over 4-5 hours now thinking the temp ban would be done but its currently not anyway we could fix this.

i keep getting the your account has been closed and is not longer available for use. when i try to log into the server. anyway to fix this or Do i just have to keep waiting?

Make sure you are entering the right password and your realmlist is set correctly.
Try to login on our Website and see if you get the same error.
