Medellin (aka. snogafloga) created a post destined for the support forum, it is awaiting approval as I write this.

We were performing a run of Dire Maul West in which he accidentally rolled need on the item:

[Vigilance Charm].

The item was meant for (player name):

Dertank <ALL THE CUTE BOYS AND ME>

The item is currently sitting in Medellin's bank, can you please help us remedy the situation? Medellin feels awful, and Dertank's time has essentially been wasted.
