[FIXED] Error "Spell is not ready" after PvP maintenance

Keeps happening on my mage. Usually after popping a spell power trinket, or using sheep. One instance is I wasn't able to cast anything after until my sheeped target broke.

For each case, I would like to have:
- the spell/item that triggered it (the bug should disappear once the cooldown of an item / spell is cleared)
- the name of a few spells you confirmed that you could not use
- if it appeared after a login/relog

Our guildie tried to Alt+F4 to fix it. Didnt work
Reload ui doesnt help either

Same problem here...
In wsg can't cast mount, can't use agi potion, can't attack from stealth, can't use blind and other problems
And didn't get marks at end of last bg... didn't occure in world, only wsg, many times since reset (all bg i did sometimes stops and comes again during bg)

Bug should be fixed now on the PvP realm.
Fix will be applied on the PvE realm in the afternoon.

Confirmed experiencing this bug on PvE. Reload UI, relogging, restarting client, dying, logging in from a different computer - none of this fixes it. Cannot replicated what is causing the bug, only that it has happened 3 separate time in that past 2 hours and fixed itself twice.
