A letter to GM

Hello GM group,

I want to ask if it is possible to unlock my account from being banned recently.

ID: pgglol (undead rogue @pvp server)

Guess the reason got banned is reported as bot in Orgrimmar.

It is a short key tool and here I want to make it clear I didn't mean to use it in game.

Actually that day I was using it for some work stuff but I forgot to close it before I open the game.
(Usually I play 1-2hrs before sleep and I don't close my pc even go sleep)

So it will be grateful if I get a chance to get my account/char back and I promise I will never use some tools like this anymore.

You used an automation for preventing the AFK flag.
We clearly have a zero tolerance for Bots or any automation modifications.

Since this ban is confirmed, it will not be lifted and this case is now closed.
