I can't send any mail in after I sent the wrong to name approximation.

As whomever edited your post said, do not put your Account username in any post on the forums.

As to answer your questions, sometimes it happens to me, and all I have had to do is log out completely and log back in.

It also sometimes is affected by server lag, or internet lag on your part.

So I would suggest restarting, if that does not work, check what addons you're currently using, that might be affecting it, if it still persists go to http://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=17067 and follow the information on how to report a bug.
