How do i report someone? GM help

Someone named Pöhnä Undead mage lv 60 ninjad Rod of the Ogre Magi from Dire Maul North. I couldn't do anything he just took it. Can someone help me with this

To report someone, I suppose that would fall under Physical Harassment and therefore you would click on the little red ? in your Micro Bar, click on Behavior/Harassment and click Report Physical Harassment, I have never reported anyone as of yet, I have not needed to, but that would be my guess as to how to report it in-game.

Also I would supply evidence of said Ninja.

we do not get involved in so-called "ninja" looting between players, except in cases where a bug was abused or some sort of exploit used. In which case please make an in-game ticket.
