I found that there have many lv1/lv2 characters near the Neutral auction house and stay there all days. They have the same target: actioneer. I think they use software to scan action per seconds and bid items which fit the software's parameter. I suggest that GM can see these characters' IP address and their game data. I think they cause the action got slower and slower. Follow list is who I meet near the action.
