6.1.2016 Lost Chromaggus Loot <Surge> [A] PvP Server

Hello, im not sure where to report this but our guild just lost chromaggus loot while half way trough the distribution. We got to distribute Pauldrons of Wrath and Claw of Chromaggus, but after that the loot disappeared. We lost Judgement Spaulders and Taut Dragonhide Shoulderpads. We have multiple Screent Shots of this incident.

Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

We did plenty of in-game tickets but they all got deleted instantly, we have over 10 screen shots of this incident but not one from of the Raid ID i believe, im not 100% sure. No player got to receive the items because as i said, the loot disappeared BEFORE we got to give it out. And yes, we had a massive disconnect during the time we lost the loot. Every american player DC'd from our raid during that time (99% of the raid).

Also we lost another item in our BWL the next day on Vaelstraza, that time we got to give the item to our priest (Priest T2 Belt) But the server crashed for the american players, AGAIN. The priest lost his belt. We also have alot of screen shots of that day.

Im not going to lie about the loot we got.
Yeah we don't really care about those, but the paladin T2 Shoulders and Priest T2 Belt would be nice to get back.

I don't think any one ever gets any loot back due to crashes, even if they fill all the requirements. It's just bad luck.

Yeah thats what i've heard :/ well atleast we didin't loose any major items like DFT or Neltharion's Tear Etc.

Our Ebonroc loot disappeared full. since our ML Dced and no one could loot. They said they cant refund items that were never looted.

Funny doe how they replied with requirements, doesen't make sence cuz they never refund items anyway.
