GM says ChingChong isn't racist comment?

Hi,

A random player whispered a racist comment "ching ching chong chong konichiwa" as in the SS below. So I open a ticket yet the GM says he finds no racist comment made. I give him a wikipedia definition which obviously states it as a derogatory term, yet is not convinced. This is obviously a racist comment towards Chinese/Asians mocking their language. Please take appropriate action against this player 'Octavian' Horde Priest on PvP server.
