Installing Language Packs

Can someone direct me to a place that explains how to install other language packs? I would like to install Chinese, Russian, and French at least. It would be really nice to be able to see the characters they type instead of blank space.

You need to download seperate launcher :

"Okay, so there is no way to download a language pack, you have to download an entirely new client, here is a link to a fr client, hopefully this works, personally I have not tested due to me not being French, but hopefully it works for you"

Is there any way to combine the client's languages? Or like, if I'm on the Chinese client will it have English included? I imagine french has english and french. But I guess what I'm hearing is that I either have to choose to see French, or choose to see Chinese?
