On this quest chain once you reach "Verigan's Fist" and protect Daphne Stilwell she will attempt to give you a quest but it will fail unless you are level 24. I did the prerequisite quest for her then the window for the next one popped up but it failed to accept. now i can not pick it up from her. My guildmate had the same problem but he kept going back after he leveled to check too see if she would give the quest and he said it took him until level 24.
This totally breaks the chain up and I am 99% sure that you only needed to be level 20 on retail as i never had this problem on my paladin when i played back then.
Please look into it!
