Scarlet Subterfuge Bugged - PvP Server

Hey,

I would like to report that the Quest that has to do with giving Tirion's Gift to the NPC is bugged, there is no question mark above him and no way to interact with the NPC whatsoever.

I've done it in the past and it worked every-time, it just does not seem to work at the moment.

The only way to interact with Taeran is to do it while he's going back to his position after a fight. You need to engage the elites around him, he will jump in to protect you. You're abble to turn in your quest during the time he's moving back to his position
