Server need to ban all who play not english (or cant support english type). They dont know english and they too many players who only grind mobs 24\7

Before you go ahead and start making up rules, you should probably do a search to see if you know what you're talking about.

The community main language will be english. It will be the only language in interactions between the staff and the players (announcements, changelogs, forum, ...).
But you will still be able to play with a french client (for example) if you have one. You will see every text in your own language (unit names, quests, ...), except chat of course.

in vanilla wow, the language the client uses is built in to the client itself. You need a separate Chinese client for your girlfriend to play. Remember that account sharing is not allowed, so create a new account for her.
