Hello.
Didnt know do my tickets go trough so made one here.
I finished Wailing Caverns run with : (Me: Kruumsh), Gorbo, Venon, TsundereChan and Karpis.
We did Mutanus the Devourer, but only one person got to loot The Glowing Shard and i didnt get the chest mail piece (Mutant Scale Breastplate), because the corpse dissapeared too fast.

please make a ingame support request with the support icon.
it is the same way as making a request on the original servers.
since that provides information ingame to a possible online GM to help out.

at this moment there is nothing we can do with this request since the logging is lost.
