No loot in BWL at Broodlord.

Our nice and casual guild did a pretty bad run in BWL the other day. After a lot of painful things happening in the depression room. We finally killed broodlord. But..... plottwist: Only gold dropped.

Iv tried to read up on this... given that you guys dont hand out loot if its given to some wrong person or servercrash. But I could not find anywhere anything about when a boss does not drop any loot...
Can you guys assist us?

I think the issue is that, if there isn't any loot, there isn't anything to restore and I'm pretty sure they wont respawn boss for you, so that's it. Just wait for next week broodlord, sucks, but it is probably only option.

A similar thing happened to us on Chromaggus. We realized afterwards that the master looter was assigned to a player that had gone offline. The player came back online, but because he wasn't present for the kill, he could not see loot. We still got gold. Perhaps this happened for you?

We submitted a ticket but the ticket was closed by a GM without discussing it with a guildmate. Sucks to lose loot
