Lost items in a server reset

Hey guys, just finished raiding with the guild and lost Vis'kag and Helm of Wrath in Onyxia during a server rollback. Anyway to restore these items? Guild can verify the items, and they think it's hilarious. Let me know!

Last night's server crash and 30 minute rollback made us lose all our Ony loot that had already been distributed. We had killed her and were back in IF before crash. After crash we lost raid ID, all loot and were back in Dustwallow.

III. Character/Currency/Item restoration
Nostalrius staff will not recover any lost characters, regardless of circumstances. We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

We will not restore the lost loot if the ticket does not meet all the requirements. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure.
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

Please make an in-game ticket with links to relevant screenshots and all information mentioned above.
