Password reset

Ok i will try to describe my problem as best as i can. Today i tried to reset my password but nothing happens. I enter username and i enter email and i get the message that the password reset link is sent. I open my email and nothing happens. There is no email from nostalrius. I have no clue what is going on. I have tried sevelar times. It always says that password reset email has been sent but the email does not arrive. My character name is Bratelosham. If you want i can give you email also but im not sure should i post it here in public.

do not post your email address or account name in public. Unfortunately we do not manually reset passwords. Please check your junk mail folder and, if possible, white list Nostalrius in your email application or site.

I have done it already but nothing. Might this be some fault with your service?

Unfortunately it's far more likely that your email service provider is blocking emails from Nostalrius, thinking that they are spam.

I'm trying to reset password too as I've been hacked some time ago. I get an email but nothing happens if I click the link there if I'm logged in on the nostalrius homepage, and if I'm not on the homepage then I get 2 fields, password, and verification. There is no code in the email I got, so idk why it's asking me for one
