GM ingame respons time?

Heya!

So I had some problems ingame which I first posted on the bugtracker, however they quickly told me to create an ingame ticket. So I made a ticket via the red "?" ingame under the "stuck"t category. It gave me the message that it was quite busy so that's fine, I know the server are limited on time and resources.

However I made the ticket Thursday night, waited for like five hours then it went down to "your ticket will be serviced soon". I thought to myself great then I should get attended to soon. I waited most of Friday then I went off till Saturday, came back and it still said "serviced soon". So I thought that was a bit strange, asked around and some people said they had gotten some GM to contact them within like an hour the night before. So I recreated my ticket in case it was bugged but have waited additional hours now.

So. How long is the response time really? or do I have to stay online constantly for the GM to see my tickets?

You don't need to stay online (if ticket can be solved offline).

However, GM's are doing this in their spare time, so response times varies alot. From a few minutes up to - as you see - days. But they should come back to you at some point.

Note: if you re-open the ticket, then you are put back in queue, so avoid doing that :-)
