cant get the paladin quests

i dont know how and why i cant get the paladin quest "tome of divine" please help me

first make sure that you're talking to the right paladin trainer. If so, then please delete your WDB folder and try again. If still unable to get that quest, do make an in-game ticket and include what steps you have already taken.
