Warlock Epic Mount Quest- Server Reset

On Jan 26 close to midnight I gathered a group to run me thru DM West to complete my epic mount quest and I even brought a warlock for the mats and paid 40g.

After completion I ported to IF finding that the server crashed and after a period of time the server reset.

Please could you take in consideration of giving me completion of my Epic mount quest for my Warlock, after hard work and effort I just want my epic mount nothing else.

Thank you for the kind generosity but I would like to hear from any GM or people in charge to see what they are willing to do.

I know crashes/bugs happen and things are not perfect but the help you can get from a GM was not sufficient to my help.

As I stated I don't mind if things reset and roll servers back but there should be a consideration when it comes to certain things when you put your time into things like this. The experience and fun you are getting doesn't apply to a simple "you can do it again".

I came back to WoW because I, as others can understand, wanted to get the experience and feel of what Wow used to be back when it started and of course with the experience implemented. But things change and people put in their time to play apart from doing other things.

I believe that if you don't take in consideration people will not want to keep on resetting and doing things over and over if situations are not taking carefully.

As the GM you spoke with mentioned, we cannot provide what you are asking. We restrict restoration of problems caused by server crashes to a very small set of things (namely restoring items of epic quality awarded to players in a raid) simply because we do not have the staff to expand beyond this.

There is no game or quest restriction that keeps you from just running the dungeon again. The mount is still available to you if you choose to pursue it.
