No loot from Nefarian!

Hello!
Yesterday in BWL we encountered a bug. where we got no loot from Nefarian when we killed him, only gold.

The raid ID is 11677.
We also have video footage from a guy in the raid who was streaming the entire run. You can see the complete raidframes of all the participants in the footage.

The Nefarian fight starts at 02:48:15.
The Nefarian kill is at 02:56:57.

Will we get refunded for the loot we didn't get?

We do not restore items that were never awarded (for a variety of reasons, both technical and policy in nature), so for this particular bug the best you can do is report it and move on.

Please do have a look at the bug tracker to make sure that it has been reported.

This is a joke right? We're getting betrayed every id with the loot, only shit items while some other guilds got like 7 styleen and 6 dft and we have just seen 1 dft in about 12 ids!
