[BUG?] Group loot and quest items

Hello,

The title of my topic has "BUG?" because I'm unsure as if it was like that back in Vanilla, but I don't remember it being that way.

So yeah, there seems to be an issue with Group Loot and quest items. The group loot is working as expected, except when there's a quest item (let's say the Defias Bandanas in Westfall) that drops of the mob. If that's the case, EVERY member that has the quest and have not completed can loot the body.

I really don't remember it being that way, in my memories, the ruling of group loot would still be applied on quest items (that aren't Group quest items, like Hogger's quest item for example).

It was always this way. Bodies can be looted by anyone if there is a quest item that dropped off that mob. Group loot still applies to all other items except the quest item. Whoever loots the body first, get that quest item.


A real bug with this is that if 2+ people loot the same mob at the same time, each person can get the quest item, essentially doubling + the drop rate of quest items
