i forgot my password and now im banned

Hi pretty much just started recently and forgot my password, i tried putting in a few different ones and it says my accounts locked, not sure what to do and i cant even remeber my password

Your account probably got an automatic IP ban due to several failed login attempts.

If you forgot your password, resett it.
Sometimes a password resett also removes the ban.
