Login / registration failed bad credentials

I cant login when i try to make a account it says that its a bit weird i am trying to login i dont know what the problem could be but i really need help please help me

I'm also having this problem. It says, "Registration failed! Bad credentials", when I try and register. I complete the capitcha (image selection) process and when it is completed the page just refreshes and displays this error message. Please advise.
