The Error #132 persists

Today whenever i click somebody the game crashes instantly. Doesn't matter if it's a player or NPC but i can't make any progress especially when i want to turn-in the quests. Well it's kinda getting better.Yesterday i couldn't even stay on the server for more than 2-5 seconds before getting the same error. Oh and another thing is if a mob still attacks me after the game crashed and then i login back , i will get the error instantly because it makes me target him.
