Why can't I use trade channel properly

When I first enter a capital I join the Trade channel, but when I leave it won't quit automatically, and if I manually leave the channel I can't automatically join it again if I enter the capital once more.

navigate into your WTF folder and find the chat cache file for your account and character. Delete it.
