Gryphon bug

Hello.

I have just purchased a gryphon ride from Thelsamar, Loch Modan to Stormwind via Ironforge.

Upon arrival in Stormwind I did not dismount from the gryphon and no characters loaded. I travelled around the deserted Stormwind on my gryphon for a minute or two, then my game crashed and I can no longer connect to the server.

Please help!
