Not accepting login credentials?

I just created my account, changed the realmlist, downloaded a client other than feenix, and it still isn't allowing me to log in. I made a second account even, but it is saying that i am using the wrong information when I try logging in. Am I missing something? Please help

make sure you are using your game account and not your forum account.
and also do not use your email address to login.
