Character stuck while ghost, no hearthstone

Hello, I died in ashenvale this afternoon and i'm stuck in a hole between trees... And there is no way to jump out of it i'm stuck for half an hour now... Wonder if there is a quick solution or if i need help from the team to reset my character
Didn't find any ticket thing, only this support on forums I hope its good
