Greetings!
A guildie of mine was disconnected earlier today (stuck in retrieving) and found him being unable to log onto his account again, as the account was marked as closed. I know this man very well and he is one of our most mature and well behaved guildies, he's responsible family man.
I went through the regular questions when someone comes to me concerning an account closure, he was very upset as he absolutely wouldn't do anything to adventure the safety of his account and I'am absolutely sure he wouldn't. I explained to him he should probably try and wait 20-30 minutes incase if it was the lockout for attempting to log on multiple times, but the closure of the account still remains. Hence I'am now writing this application for a review on his account, on his behalf as he is quite upset.
