Banned for some reason

I was playing on my level 8 Mage Baldjonez, and was disconnected and tried to login again but it said this account is no longer playable. I don't believe I have broken any terms of service violations, I rarely talked considering I only started playing about 3 days ago, I got invited to a guild called "Mage Guild" and talked a little bit in that chat, but I was not saying anything offensive. Can I please have an explanation for my ban?
