Dark Iron Bracers, BOP in 1.6

Hey, so did we fuck up when I crafted 2 dark iron bracers for our tanks and ended up realizing i cant trade them? According to the 1.6 patch notes they should be BOE, which naturally is why we wanted to craft them. This bug should be adressed immediatly!

also is there a chance that unequiped bracers crafted after the 19th of september would become tradable after the fix? I understand this might not be your top priority and in a way we only have ourselves to blame, but i believe there could be few other guilds in our situation and the 1,2g vendor price isnt very satisfying.

This server does not follow the exact time line of retail. You messed up by not looking at the bind on status.

as if prolonging the change of the BOP status on Dark Iron Bracers was something intended and planned by the nostalrius devs.

I already said i messed up, but thanks for rubbing it in. This thread is mainly about making sure devs knows about this and to stop other people from making the same mistake i did. If many other people are in the same situation maybe it would be appropriate to retroactivly make all unequiped bracers tradable, atleast those crafted after patch.

Dark Iron Bracers have been changed to Bind on Equip.

Any update on this? Seems like an oversight that could be easily fixed or reconciled.

I made three Dark Iron pieces (Leggings, helm, gauntlets) for a friend using his materials. He had enough for the bracers and so asked me to craft a pair for him. I happily obliged only to not be able to trade it to him. I neglected to look carefully enough to realize that it's BoP, not BoE like all the rest of them.

I'd happily delete the bracers if Nost GMs could reimburse the materials to my friend.

Dredd made the bracers for me, I would just like to know, is there a plan to change them from BoP to BoE? If they were changed, would they then be tradeable?
