Stuck On Retrieving Character List

Same here, after a long wait (10+ mins) i do get my character screen, but whenever i try to access a character, it gets stuck in the loading screen.
Already removed my WTF folder, didn't work. Then I reinstalled the game, that doesn't seem to work either.
