Paladin Quest "Tome of Valor" Failed - Unable to Repeat

I failed the quest "Tome of Valor" and am unable to repeat the quest. It's a rather important quest as I'm sure you know. Is there any way for me to find a solution to this? Thank you very much, hope to get some support on this.

Please open an in-game ticket, and a GM will help you. You can open a ticket using the red question mark at the bottom of your game screen, then select "Issues a GM can help with" followed by Stuck -> Still Stuck (Page a GM).
