Hangs on authenticating then disconected

I have been playing the last few days and today i got disconected from the server whilst ingame. I try to log back in but hands on authenticating then disconected from the server. I have the correct realmlist. Anyone shine a light on this?

I'm dealing with the same thing. Very frustrating.

After a few minutes I get back in only to find that the last 5 minutes worth of progress had been lost. Well that was a nice lil kick in the balls.
