GM Ticket Closed Without Response

A couple days ago, I made a ticket reporting a handful of people for speaking a "blank" language (presumably Chinese) in Alterac Valley BG chat, and it was closed without an in game mail response. I provided screenshots as well as the player names.

I just wanted to make sure it was actually processed and appropriate action was taken, since those blank lines are in direct violation of the ToU.

I can PM a GM the screenshots on here if requested.
