Can't register a Guild charter...

I cannot register my guild charter. The button on the guild master is completely unresponsive.
NEED HELP, THIS IS DOING MY HEAD IN :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow:

Put the guild charter into your main bag and try again.
